Say Thearith

Thearith is a Legal Advisor at VINAYA Law Firm. He works closely with Kownia in providing Canadian immigration services to clients in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Thearith’s practice areas include public law, labour law, intellectual property, corporate and commercial, and real estate matters. Previously, he worked at Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) for more than 5 years.

Thearith holds two Master’s Degrees of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Adelaide, Australia and Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from Norton University. Thearith can speak Khmer and English.
