Pak Chanlino

Lino is the Managing Partner of VINAYA Law Firm in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Under the leadership of Lino, VINAYA is in cooperation with Kownia in providing Canadian immigration services to clients in the Kingdom of Cambodia, ensuring that our services strictly comply with Cambodian law and professional ethics.

Since his admission to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, he has advised and defended clients on various civil and criminal matters in judicial proceedings. His practice areas include litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, family law, and other civil and criminal matters.

Lino holds two master's degrees in comparative laws (LL.M.) from Nagoya University in Japan and from Build Bright University in Cambodia, and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. He speaks Khmer, English, and basic Japanese.

Prior to joining VINAYA, Lino worked in the Court of Appeal, Khmer Rouge Tribunal, and various United Nations agencies for over 18 years.
